Senior from 70 years of age

All passengers from 70 years of age can travel free of charge in the entire PID area, except for trains and line AE. To prove the entitlement for free transport one can use:

  1. National identity card (only for European Union countries)
  2. Passport
  3. Residence permit

Discounted fare for Seniors from 60 to 70 years of age in Prague

Seniors from 60 to 70 years of age can travel in Prague for discounted (half-price) fare if they have one of the following passes:

  1. A chip card with an appropriate application
  2. A PID pass for Senior from 60 to 70 years

Special price 0 CZK for Seniors from 65 to 70 years of age in Prague

Seniors from 65 to 70 years of age can travel in Prague for free, if they have one of the following passes:

  1. A chip card with an appropriate application
  2. A PID pass for Senior from 65 to 70 years

No other documents are accepted to grant these discounts! Please note that the issue of a chip card or a PID pass is charged and one needs to provide his personal information and photo.
